Cookie Policy
Last updated 11 October 2026
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies pbn.domains uses, why, and how you can change your choice at any time. Where the law requires your consent, optional cookies are used only after you agree; elsewhere they are on by default and you can switch them off at any time (section 6).
1. Who we are
pbn.domains is a marketplace for SEO domains and is responsible for the use of cookies on this website. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at support@dnamehub.com.
3. Strictly necessary
These keep the site secure and working. They are always on and are never used for analytics or advertising. Only Google's sign-in button, below, is provided by Google.
| Name | Purpose | Party | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| Firebase Authentication | Keeps you signed in and secures checkout (browser IndexedDB). | First party | Until you sign out |
| Sign in with Google | Google's sign-in button, loaded only while a sign-in form is open; Google may use its own cookies to show your Google account and complete the sign-in. | Google (third party) | Set by Google |
| pbn.consent | Remembers your cookie choice (local storage). | First party | 6 months |
| pbn.adminLocale | Remembers the dashboard language for operators only (local storage). | First party | Until cleared |
We also keep a small technical record in local storage of which purchase confirmations were already measured in this browser, so a sale is never counted twice, and of which ad click was already reported to your account (section 5), so it is reported only once.
4. Analytics (optional)
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use the marketplace (for example which pages are viewed and how the checkout is used) so we can improve it. Section 6 explains when it runs. If you have accepted analytics cookies and are signed in, a pseudonymous account ID is attached to this data so visits from different devices can be counted as one person; it never contains your email or name.
| Name | Purpose | Party | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_* | Distinguishes visitors and sessions for Google Analytics. | Google (set on our domain) | 13 months |
5. Advertising (optional)
We use Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups and purchases (conversion measurement); section 6 explains when it runs. Google may also use this information to show you pbn.domains ads on Google services, but only if you have accepted advertising cookies (ad personalization is otherwise off).
| Name | Purpose | Party | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au, _gcl_aw | Links a visit or purchase to the Google ad that was clicked. | Google (set on our domain) | 90 days |
| pbn.pendingSignup | Lets Google Ads count a new account's sign-up once: after the account is verified and a payment is started or a domain's page is actively viewed in this browser (local storage, no email). Not set while you refuse advertising cookies, and deleted when you refuse them. | First party | Until counted, at most 30 days (removed on the first visit after that) |
Enhanced conversions. When you have accepted advertising cookies, the email address of your account is sent to Google when you buy a domain or once your new account is verified (Sign in with Google counts as verified) and you have started a payment or actively viewed a domain's page. It is hashed before Google uses it, and is used only to match the conversion to an ad click. It is never sent without your explicit acceptance.
Ad click record. If you arrive from a Google ad, your browser passes Google's click identifier (such as a gclid) to us and we keep it with your account for up to 100 days, under the same rules as the advertising cookies, so that a purchase you make can be reported to Google Ads even if you complete it later or on another device. It is used for nothing else and is shared with no one but Google Ads.
6. How Google tags load
We use Google Consent Mode. Where the law requires consent, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Türkiye, the default is “denied”: no Google Analytics or Google Ads cookie is set until you accept, and until then Google's tags send only cookieless signals without identifiers, which Google uses for aggregate modelling. Elsewhere the default is “granted” for analytics and ad measurement: the cookies above are set from your first visit, ad personalization stays off unless you accept it, and “Reject all” switches everything off. Google decides which regime applies from your location. We treat your browser's Global Privacy Control signal as a refusal of advertising cookies. Google's sign-in button (section 3) loads only while a sign-in form is open. If we change how tags load we will update this policy and ask you again.
7. International transfers
Google processes the data collected by these cookies on its servers in the United States and other countries, which may be outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area. Google applies its own safeguards for these transfers, described in the link below.
8. How to change or withdraw your consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, and switch off cookies that are on by default in your region. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent: open the cookie settings and switch the categories off. When you do, we delete the Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies from this browser.
You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage will stop you from signing in. Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which we ask again.
